Dr Anna Delprato (France)

Dr. Delprato is based in France. She is an internationally recognized and highly acclaimed structural biologist and neuroscientist. Her research interests are concerned with signaling systems in the context of neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. She received her PhD in Biology from Clark University, Worcester, MA in the USA in 2001. After her PhD, she did her postdoctoral training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School at Worcester in the Department of Molecular Medicine. She subsequently worked as a visiting scientist in France at the Laboratory of Enzymology and Structural Biochemistry, The European Institute of Chemistry and Biology, and The Aquitaine Institute for Cognitive and Integrative Neuroscience. Dr. Delprato is the Director of BioScience Project, a non-profit teaching and research organization that she founded in 2014. Dr Delprato is also a Fulbright Scholar and currently Coordinator for the prestigious International Behavioural and Neural Genetics Society, headquartered in Wakefield, MA, USA.
