Dr. Megha Agrawal is co-founder, executive publisher and chief editor of Biotechnology Kiosk. She is one of the leading neuroscientists and biotechnologists in the world. She has held senior academic positions at top-tier US institutions including University of Florida at Gainesville, Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she held a position of research faculty and principal investigator. She received her PhD in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology at Roorkee, India. Dr. Agrawal’s research has impacted significantly to initiate new areas in neurodegeneration, neuroprotection and novel approaches to treat cerebral stroke related injuries and prevention. She has mentored a number of graduate students and postdoctoral scientists. Dr. Agrawal has published over 100 articles in journals and technical magazines and edited a number of books in neuroscience and biotechnology published by reputed international publishers. She also serves as an Associate Editor for the international journal ‘Frontiers in Molecular Diagnostics and Therapeutics since 2014. In addition, she is a contributing editor in Vacuum Advances in Biotechnology for Vacuum Technology and Coating Magazine and writes a monthly column in biotechnology.
