Dr. Arora is an Associate Editor (Asia) of Biotechnology Kiosk. She is an internationally recognized expert in antibody, mRNA and viruses. She received her MS in Biotechnology and PhD in Microbiology and Cell Biology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India, respectively. She was the recipient of incentive awards for publications and merit scholarship given by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Dr. Arora also received the Department of Science and Technology (DST) Women Scientist Award 2017, given by the Government of India. She is currently Assistant Professor in the School of Health Sciences at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India. Prior to joining UPES, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Ben Gurion University of Negev, Israel. She has published numerous papers in world’s most prestigious journals including PNAS.
